Amy Jones- President
Amy has been in the real estate field for 13 years. She has been a mortgage loan officer, mortgage loan processor, office manager and now President of Liberty Title. Amy has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo and has lived in Toledo since 1994. Amy resides in the Village of Ottawa Hills and says her key to success is helping others to succeed.

Joseph Phillips- Vice President
Joe has been in the title industry for seven years and resides in the City of Westlake.  Joe has a wife named Kelly and three children and also three grandchildren. Joe is an avid golfer and says his key to success is timing the market.

Sandy Gunkel- Office Manager, Funding, Final Policies
Sandy has been in the title industry for 15 years and has done all things title. Sandy has a husband named Bill and four children, Eric, Keith, Jason and Stacey and one grandchild named Connor. Sandy resides in Point Place and says her key to success is honesty.

Bobbie Spurling- Escrow Officer/Closing Agent
Bobbie has 12 years in the title industry with a very well rounded amount of experience in all departments. Bobbie has a husband named Steve and three children, Shelby (14), Steven (10) and Dylan (1). She has lived in Toledo her entire life and says her key to success is her positive attitude!

Andrea “Dre” Golem- Commitments/Scheduling
Andrea has seven years in the title industry and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo. Andrea has lived in the City of Toledo since 1997 and says her key to success is her work ethic and laughing everyday!

Don McCorkle- VP of Sales & Marketing
Don has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. He has been a Realtor, Mortgage Loan Professional and now the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Don has eight children and four grandchildren. He says his key to success is treating others as he would like to be treated.

Todd Debouver- Account Executive
Todd has been in the real estate business for 9 years. He has been a Mortgage Lender, Mortgage Loan Officer, Banker and now Account Executive. Todd has a wife named Beth and two children, Sydney (2) and Ryan (1). He resides in the City of Sylvania and says his key to success is doing as you say you will do, when you say you will do it.

Shannon White- Sales/Closing Agent
Shannon has been in the real estate industry for several years as a mortgage loan officer and now as a real estate closing agent. She has lived in Toledo for twenty years and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo.Shannon says her key to success is honesty is the best policy.

Mike Frederick – Account Executive
Mike is the newest and most eager member of Liberty Title, Inc. As a graduate of The University of Toledo’s College of Business, Mike enjoys learning everything he can about real estate and making new business relationships. He spends his time playing tennis, cooking, reading and hanging out with his girlfriend, Kate. His key to success is keeping an open mind in order to develop new relationships and keep his clients happy.
